Harmonia is a multi-disciplinary design partnership between Megan Staub, interior designer, and Ian Staub, audiovisual designer.
Based in San Francisco, our expertise lies in crafting thoughtful, technology-integrated interior spaces. With experience ranging from large corporate and institutional developments, to home renovations and remodels, Harmonia can expertly bring your vision to life.
Ian Staub
Ian Staub, CTS, has 10 years of experience in audiovisual drafting and design.
Before founding Harmonia, Ian was a partner, and among the first and longest-tenured full-time employees, at Audio Visual Design Group (AVDG). There he established and maintained the company’s CAD Standards and led the CAD Engineering department through AVDG’s multi-million dollar acquisition by Guitar Center in 2018. Ian was the nationwide CAD Manager and Principal CAD Engineer by the time of his departure in early 2020.
His project experience includes the Bay Area corporate headquarters and global branch offices of companies such as Oracle, Pinterest, Wells Fargo, and Mozilla. Ian’s extensive work for Stanford University includes buildings for the School of Medicine, ChEM-H, Biomedical Informatics, and the Center for Academic Medicine.
Ian is an AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS).

MEGAN Staub
Megan believes effective interior design tells a story. From large-scale architectural transformation, to color, furniture & finish selection, to styling and custom fixture design, she aims to bring her clients’ spaces to life, reflecting the identities and visions of the individuals and families living and working in them.
Megan Staub is a graduate of the UC Berkeley Extension program in Interior Design and Architecture. While enrolled, she served as a graduate teaching assistant for classes involving AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
